Omelet and Brunch Catering in Maryland and DC
Party Chefs cooks omelets and brunch to order at your event. A chef works the station on site so guests choose fillings as they come through the line, instead of eating from a pan that has been sitting out.
This station is built for breakfast meetings, trainings, employee appreciation mornings, showers, and weekend brunch events. We serve Maryland, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia.
How it works: we set up a live omelet station. Guests pick eggs, cheeses, vegetables, and breakfast meats from the items on this menu. Packages on the flyer include Essential Omelet, Classic Omelet, Signature Brunch, and Ultimate Brunch Experience. Signature and Ultimate brunch packages add fruit, pastries or bagels, coffee, and on Ultimate a Belgian waffle station with juice. A Belgian waffle station is also listed as an add-on. Breakfast taco and bowl options appear on the same brunch sheet.
We do not treat brunch as drop-off trays only. The cook line is part of the event, with presentation that belongs in an office or a private celebration. Request a quote with your date, location, and guest count. Submitting a form requests a quote and does not confirm a reservation.
